Edit Planned Flight

Explanation

You can edit planned flights to update any detail planned for the flight such as the aircraft assigned to the flight, departure and arrival locations as well as scheduled dates and times.

Prerequisites

• The status of the flight must be Planned.

System Effects

• If you update the Scheduled Departure Date, Scheduled Arrival Date, or both, the updated dates are copied to the Actual Departure Date, Actual Arrival Date, or Actual Departure Date and Actual Arrival Date fields respectively.
• Flight details are updated accordingly.

Procedure

1. On the Planned Flights page, find the flight that you want to modify using the Search fields for the page or filter by values for a field.
2. Select the record for required flight and click Edit. Alternatively if you are viewing the details of an existing flight on the Flight Details page, you can edit the flight similarly.
3. Modify information as needed and click OK.
