View Fault Attachment

Explanation

You can view attachments added to a fault to help troubleshoot the fault and view the damage to the aircraft.

To view an attachment, on the Fault Details page, click on the Attachment (paperclip) icon. Either in the Attachment panel or Attachment page, click View or click on the attachment.

If the fault is packaged, you can view the attachment on the corresponding work task.

Prerequisites

• For another user to view attachments, the technician who uploaded the attachment must have established a connection after adding the attachment. You must also be online to view attachments.
