This activity is used to customize how a specific data type will be anonimized. In some cases the IFS Cloud might not be able to delete data. If this happens, anonymization has to be enabled to avoid errors.
Open the Personal Data Management page and select Customize Anonymization. Some fields in the can be defined as mandatory by a user, which can create problems for the cleanup procedure. For those fields to be successfully anonymized, the Mandatory option should be enabled. You should concern yourself with this option only if the cleanup process returns errors. You can enable Skip Anonymization option if you want to exclude certain data from the anonymization process. In the Fixed Anonymization Value field, you can enter the value that will replace the original value when the field is anonymized.
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this activity, a custom anonymization setting will be used during cleanup of selected data.
