Use this activity to enter a pseudo code. Pseudo codes contain pre-defined account and code part value information which can be used in place of entering accounts in relevant pages. For example, when you are entering a voucher for a general expense, you can enter the pseudo code value GENERAL which will fetch all the code part values in the pseudo code, instead of entering each and every code part individually.
If the pseudo code Ownership is set as Public, the pseudo code will be available to all users. If you select Private as the ownership, then the pseudo code can only be accessed by the creator of the pseudo code. The User ID field will show the username of the user who is logged on at the time of creating the pseudo code.
