Perform this activity to define qualifications, i.e. competencies and certificates for the resource group.
Use this activity to add specific qualifications related to the resource group by adding a Job. A job is created in HCM (Human Capital Management) and is a defined set of qualifications needed to perform work on a required level and can include Competencies, Certificates, Education etc. The qualifications defined on the resource group can be used to allocate the appropriate resource with the right qualifications.
It is possible to define one job per company and site.
Jobs, defined in Human Capital Management, ust exist.
When qualifications have been entered against a resource, these can be used to search for resources with the right qualifications for the job.
