Register Medical Examination Result

Explanation

This activity is used to record details of the result from the medical examination.

Use Medical Examination page to perform this activity.  User can search or query the required medical examination record for the employee and add the relevant details of the medical examination that is conducted.

If medical tests are already planned for the examination, the required medical tests will already be listed.
Note:
The medical tests defined for the medical examination group will show in the table by default. If required, you can create a new record to add medical tests from other medical groups. In the Examination Test field, specify the medical test that needs to be done. Select a value from the list.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity the medical examination for the employee is required to be already completed.
