a new record.

Clean up:
By this option, the system will automatically
remove completed or ignored observations of a certain age. Our recommendation
is that observations with state Error, that will not or can not be
corrected, are set to Ignored.
1. Open Observation Flow page.
2. Click on the Settings tab and click on edit, and choose an
'Yes' from the drop-down if you want to include the observation code in the
automatic cleanup.
2. Enter the number of days to keep
observations before removal.
3. Save.
A new observation code is created manually by the user.
