Review Planned Work
Explanation
This activity is used to view the defined work scope. This can be done on
the maintenance order or in the work order execution logic structure. The work
load can be reviewed to make sure that it will be possible to perform the work
within the allocated time and with the available resources.
To view a maintenance order:
- The events included on the maintenance order can be viewed in the structure
navigator displayed in the
Manage Maintenance
Order page or on the
Included Events
tab.
- If the Execution Logic Structure distribution type is used, the
Execution Logic Strucutre can be viewed in the
Execution Logic
Structure page. To view the structure in a Gnatt chart,
use the Execution
Logic Structure Gantt page.
To view a work order execution logic structure:
- View the Structure of the work order in the Work Order Structure
Navigator page or to view the structure in a Gnatt chart,
use the Work Order Planning Gantt page.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, a maintenance order must have been created and
released.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the defined work scope is reviewed.
