Define Company Location

Explanation

This activity is used to define a location with Location Category Company, only if the Request Management solution is enabled.

If the Location Category is Company, only one address is allowed as Type Visit Address.

A Location with Location Category Company is created and a Map Position is automatically retrieved when a Company Address is created in Company/Address page.

Prerequisites

• Company must be defined in IFS/Enterprise with Address Type Visit.

System Effects

As a result of this Activity,

• A location with Location Category Company is created.
• Map Position is automatically retrieved for the Location. The Visit Address per location can be used for map positioning.
