This activity is used to define a fault deferral category with a maximum delay.
When using fault deferrals, you can define default values for maximum delays on each deferral category. Note: Using categories is optional. For each category you need to define the maximum delay for the deferral in number of days, and/or a maximum number of operational parameters that are allowed to defer a fault. When you define item codes, you can use a category to define the deferral delay, instead of specifying it manually for each item code.
