This activity is used to enter or modify user access to a maintenance program. This will be done by entering the access groups for the users. When you assign an access group to a maintenance program, only users connected to the access group can view or update the information on the maintenance program.
With the Access Control functionality users are defined per access group. All users that are members of an access group will have access to all maintenance programs defined with the particular access group. If you have access to a maintenance program you can,
Access groups can be entered or updated for a maintenance program independent of the status of the maintenance program. If access groups are not defined for a maintenance program, it will be available to all users.
To perform this activity, access groups must have been defined in the Establish Access Group page.
