View Maintenance Program Journal
Explanation
Use this activity to view journal entries for a selected maintenance program.
Journal entries are created when the following changes are done to a maintenance
program:
- When a new revision of a maintenance program is created.
- When a maintenance program revision is activated.
- When an active maintenance program revision is modified.
- When a maintenance program revision is set to the Obsolete
status.
Note: Journal entries cannot be deleted.
Prerequisites
- A new revision of the maintenance program must have been created.
- The status of thea maintenance program revision must have been changed.
- Changes must be made on an active maintenance program.
System Effects
Changes performed on a maintenance program can be viewed.
