In Material Requisition, use the Issue Manually command to issue a lesser quantity of parts than was reserved. You can only issue one requisition line at a time.
When using this function, the Manual Issue dialog opens. The Quantity Left field shows how many parts can be issued. The lower part of the dialog box shows the inventory locations where parts for this line were reserved, and the Qty Reserved column shows how many parts were reserved at each inventory location. In the Issue Qty column, enter the quantity you want to issue. Confirm the issue by selecting OK.
If Catch Quantity is enabled for the part the catch quantity to be issued must be entered in the Catch Qty to Issue Column.
The specified quantity of parts on the requisition line are issued from stock, and the requisition line status is updated from Reserved to Partially Delivered if a lesser quantity of parts than was reserved are issued. If all reserved parts are issued, the requisition line status is updated to Closed.
