Define PM Program 

Explanation

Use this activity to define the basic details for a PM program.  After creating a PM program journal entries are created automatically when the following changes are performed,

1. The status of the PM program is changed.

2. The revision control status of the PM program is changed, i.e., enabling or disabling of revision control.

3. A new revision of the PM program is created.

You can enter additional information relevant to a journal entry in the Note field to keep track of the PM program.

Prerequisites

• Sites must have been defined and connected to the users in Application Base Setup.
• Work Task Templates should be defined in the system.

System Effects

• A new PM program will be created.
• The new PM program will receive the Preliminary status.
