Monitor RCM Analysis Receipt

Explanation

This activity is used to monitor the resulting data set(s) that have been received from the IFS RCM Toolkit Interface. You can retrieve a data set within a given date range when Receive RCM Analysis is performed. The view will indicate which RCM Reference, including title and version; Process Class, Item Class and Criticality Matrix Standard has been imported; both the status if IFS and the RCM Toolkit have successfully completed their task.

System Effects

• On successful completion of this activity, the Criticality Matrix for the relevant Criticality Matrix Standard will be updated.
• The resulting Maintenance Decision, Equipment Objects effected by the RCM analysis and the corresponding PM Plan to be acted upon will be displayed In RCM Analysis.
