This activity is used to add new modifications, discrepancies or repairs to parts that are already in repair.i.e., when disposition lines are already approved.
Note: Whan an external service order exists, it is not allowed to add another external repair unless a internal repair shoporder also exists/added.
Adding new modifications is only allowed for dispositions connected to Complex Assembly MRO work scopes. For CRO repairs, it is not allowed.
Disposition code for the disposition line shoud be set for report discrepancies to report new discrepancies.
Disposition code for the disposition line should be set to repair required to add new modifications or repairs.
When both internal and external repair ordrs or only an internal repair order exist, internal repair shop order product status should not be received or partially received.
When only an external repair order exists it should not be arrived, partially received, received, cancelled or closed.
When new modifications added, once the modifications are approved, repair orders are automatically updated or created based on the repair codes connected to the modifications.
When new discrepancied or repairs are added, repair are updated/creted automatically when the value Auto Update Repairs on Approved Disposition Lines option is set to Yes in Site/Manufacturing/MRO tab. If the value is No, repairs need to be updated manually.
