This activity is used to define or edit basic data for disposition codes for material review board (MRB) cases. A disposition code defines a kind of action required to be taken after the MRB evaluates the parts. This may include using a part as it is, scrapping a part, reworking a part, or returning a part to the vendor. To create a new disposition code, click the new command, enter data and save. If the disposition code involves scrapping the parts in a shop order Scrapping Verification should be enabled. This allows MRB to check whether the part has been scrapped in a shop order, before completing the MRB case.
If you want to enter the description in different languages click Translation and add basic data translations.
