Load Shop Orders
Explanation
This activity is used to load selected or all shop orders available on a
site to the Advanced Planning Board from the database. This can be done when
the Advanced Planning Board is loaded for the first time and also while it is
in use.
Prerequisites
- The site needs to be set up to use the Advanced Planning Board. This
is done in the Shop Order Scheduling Basic Data
page.
- When loading selected shop orders, there should be data to match the
criteria that you specify.
System Effects
- The selected shop orders and all master data will be loaded onto the
Advanced Planning Board. Note that only shop orders in Planned,
Released, Reserved and Started states will be loaded
at any time.
- If a selected shop order belongs to a DOP or Interim Order structure,
the entire structure will be loaded with it.
- It will be possible to use the Advanced Planning Board to reschedule
the shop orders which have been loaded.
