Register Downtime Cause
Explanation
Use this activity to register a downtime cause for an existing downtime
clocking with no previously registered cause.
To register downtime cause, click Register Downtime Cause
and select the relevant value in Downtime Cause
field. Optionally, enter a note in the Clocking Note field.
Prerequisites
- A downtime cause must have been entered on the Downtime
Causes page.
- A downtime clocking without a downtime cause must exist for at least
one of the work center resources valid for the filter currently being
used.
System Effects
- The downtime clocking will be updated with the selected downtime
cause.
- If a downtime history transaction exists for the clocking, this will be reversed
and new updated transaction(s) will be created.
