This activity is used to disaggregate a family production plan to item production plans. The family production plans will be exploded through the planning bill percentages.
The disaggregation process will only consider MS level 1 parts where the option Include in MS Level 0 in the Planning Structure page is selected.
When MS level 1 part Forecast By value is other than Part, Forecasts from MS Level 0 will not be disaggregated to that MS Level 1 part.
To perform this activity, a production plan for the family level must exist.
As a result of this activity, the disaggregation places the item production quantity in the option forecast at the item level.
