Define and Maintain Repair Structures

Explanation

Repair interim orders and their corresponding supply shop orders are created when disposition shop orders for parts requiring modifications or discrepancies are approved. For each modification or discrepancy being addressed, the repair structures are used to pull in the required consumable and spare parts for the relevant repair codes. Just like the monolithic structures of which they are a subset, repair code structures are always defined for 'real' parts. If you want to include the structure alternate component in this repair structure enable the Included setting for the component.

If a repair shop order is selected as repair order type for a CRO repair then the repair structures are used to pull in the required consumable and spare parts for the repair code(s) associated with the service type(s) defined. The list of service types in this tab constitute the work scope to be performed for the part on the CRO repair and a service type can be connected to one or several repair codes.

The repair code structure status for a repair code can be changed as follows:

Prerequisites

The repair structures cannot be activated unless the monolithic repair structure alternates derived are in the state Buildable.
