This activitiy defines a serial range for a part using serial effectivity for routings. If the part is marked as using serial effectivity for routings, you can define routing serial pointers to indicate the specific routing alternate to be used for a given serial range.
In Serials set the Serial Begin and/or the Serial End fields. If you do not enter a serial end value, the system assumes the greatest possible number value.
