Schedule Work Orders/PM Action Occurrences/Work Tasks/Work Lists Automatically

Explanation
This activity is used to schedule or reschedule work tasks/ PM work lists
using the Maintenance Planning Board (MPB), either manually or automatically.
This can be performed on sites which have been set up to use the MPB. Scheduling
can be carried out either automatically or using the drag-and-drop of work tasks/work
lists. This activity can be used to move individual work task/work list or the
entire work order, PM action occurrence or work order structure at a time.
Prerequisites
- The work orders/PM action occurrences which are to be scheduled must
have been loaded to the Maintenance Planning Board.
- The work orders/PM action occurrences which are to be rescheduled using
drag-and-drop must have allocated resources and planned start, finish dates.
- The work orders/PM action occurrences must have at least one work task/work
list
