Use this activity to create an operational plan. The operational plan can be used in Planning & Scheduling Optimization (PSO) or Maintenance Planning Board (MPB) as a visual aid or as a scheduling constraint for scheduling activities. The operational plan can consist of manual plan lines and/or referenced plan lines. Referenced plan items are only used for MPB solution and is not used for the PSO solution.
If PSO or MPB scheduling engines are used, operational plan is used to derive the object accessibility, if the operational plan is connected to an object structure as well as consist manual plan lines.
