This activity is used to inspect organizations defined in the system. It gives an overview of information about organization structures, position structures, and employee assignments. The chart is particularly useful when working with matrixes where multiple organization structures are connected. It provides a unique mix of information about organizations, positions, and employee assignments.
Navigate to Organization Chart and select an organization.
Initial view starts from Employee with the highest position and organization. Connections are shown one level up/one level down.
By clicking on any employee box (greyed area) you will navigate to the selected employee and show all connections to that employee from one level up to one level down. To navigate further down simply click on any underlying box.
View individual employee information by selecting the card icon on the bottom left of the employee box. Select Details option will navigate you to My Employees Information.
3 icons on the top right of the page are used to re-center view, select zoom levels and export chart to PDF. You can also interact with the chart by zooming with mouse scroll. Drag and drop with left click on mouse to pane chart.ployee
In order to perform this activity, an organization structure has to be created.
