Use this activity to plan work list lines on PM Action, i.e., to plan work and duration for the work, e.g. a cleaning work to be performed, and how many hours it will take. A work list can be performed by a single person or many persons. Furthermore, you can specify a particular team that should be in charge of the work list. When a team is defined, you can only specify persons that belong to the particular team.
In PM Action / Work List page it is possible to both create new work list lines and to connect / disconnect work list lines to a specific job / work task template. Also from the PM Action / Jobs and Templates page it is possible to view connected work list lines and to create new work list lines.
As a result of this activity, a work list line will be connected to the PM action.
