Users can connect multiple work task templates to a preventive maintenance (PM) action from the Jobs and Templates tab on the PM Action page. If a task template ID is entered on the Jobs and Templates tab, all the planning information entered in the work task template is copied to the PM Action.
Note: Quantity of the work task template can be changed to a value more than 1 at the time of creating the record. However, it cannot be updated once the record is saved
Information related to work task templates must exist in IFS/Preventive Maintenance.
As a result of this activity, all information regarding work lists, materials, resources, and documents that are entered in a work task template will be copied to the PM action.
