Cancel DOP Order

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel a DOP order.

To cancel a DOP order click Cancel, then click Order on the DOP Order page. It is also possible to cancel a component DOP order by clicking Status, then Cancel Order on the Components tab on the DOP Order page.

 A DOP order or a component DOP order can also be cancelled from the DOP Header page after expanding the tree structure in order to display the DOP order.

Prerequisites

• Any lower level DOP orders must already be in status Cancelled.
• All supply shop orders must have a status of Planned, Released or Reserved.
• All supply purchase orders must have a status of Planned.

System Effects

The DOP order and the supply orders are cancelled. Any inventory reservations are unreserved.
