Copy Grouping Template
Explanation
This activity is used to copy information from one grouping template to another.
To perform this activity, select the Copy Grouping Template option from
the Define Execution Logic Structure Template page. Copy
Grouping Template dialog opens. You can enter necessary information
there.
Prerequisites
- Grouping criteria and predecessor information must have been defined
for the grouping template from which information is to be copied. This grouping
template must be in the Under Preparation, Active or Obsolete
status.
- The grouping template to which information is to be copied must be in
the New status.
- If values for Group By, Sequence By and Level in Structure
has been entered for the new grouping template, the same values must exist
in the grouping template from which information is to be copied.
System Effects
- Information such as grouping criteria and sequencing is copied to the
new grouping template.
- The status of the grouping template to which information is copied is
changed to Under Preparation.
- The information that is copied can be modified as necessary.
