The progress' details of a milestone/stage payment may change. If this is the case, it is possible to update the milestone/stage payment line. It is also possible to remove a milestone/stage payment.
You can perform these actions in Milestone/Staged Payment page. In this page you can remove or change the progress, begin date, lead time, expected approval date, stage amount, last stage payment line, etc. for a milestone/stage payment line. If the begin date is changed, the expected completion date is recalculated according to the lead time. If the lead time is changed, the expected completion date is recalculated according to the new lead time.
You can query for the relevant Purchase Order Line directly in Milestone/Staged Payment page or navigate to this page from Purchase Order Part Line, Purchase Order No Part Line and Purchase Order Lines by marking the line you would like to handle, select Line Details and Milestone/Stage Payment. The page will then open with the corresponding Mileston/Staged Payment details.
A milestone/stage payment will be either updated or removed.
