You can cancel an entire Reqeust for Order Quotation by using Cancel coomand in the Request for Order Quotation page. This activity can be performed from any status except Closed.
If you only want to cancel a part/no part request line, on the tab Request for Order Quotation/Part Request Lines or Request for Order Quotation/No Part Request Lines select the appropriate line and click Cancel Line command.
When a part/no part quotation line or entire quotation has been cancelled, its status changes to Cancelled, and no further transactions can be performed.
The request for order quotation header or part/no part request lines must be in a status other than Closed.
The status for the request for order quotation header or part request line is updated to Cancelled and no further transactions can be performed.
