A submission requirement can be used to specify certain things a supplier need to consider when submitting the quotation. It could be documents and certificates that needs to be provided or any other type of requirements for the supplier to consider.
If the requirement refers to a specific line on the request for quotation, that could be specified as well.
The submission requirements are added to the request and can be communicated to the supplier.
