Define Company Defaults for Self-service Procurement

Explanation

Use this activity to define the default behavior for the employee self-service procurement solution for a specific company. It is possible to

Decide if the purchase requisitions created from the self-service shopping cart should be created in status Planned or if the requisition should be automatically Released.
Decide if the requisitioner used when creating maintenance purchase requisitions should be the system defined requisitioner WO or if the requisitioner from the shopping cart should be used.
Decide if the suppliers webshops should be opened in the same or new tab in your web browser when using punchout.

A company must have been created.

If the Create Purchase Requisitions in Released State option is enabled, the purchase requisitions created from the self-service procurement shopping cart will be automatically released when the cart is submitted. This also means that possible authorization routing will be picked up.
If the Use Requisitioner WO for Maintenance PR option is enabled, the maintenance purchase requisitions is created using requisitioner WO. Otherwise the requisitioner defined in the shopping cart will be used.
If the Open Supplier Webshop in Same Tab is enabled, the suppliers webshops used for punchout catalogs will be opened in the same tab in your web browser. Otherwise the webshop will be opened in a new tab.
