Create Budget Transfer Reasons

Explanation

This activity is used to create Budget Transfer Reasons which is mandatory when doing a Budget Transfer in EAC Workbench page. The purpose of this activity is to define commonly used Budget Transfer Reasons in the application.

Each Budget Transfer Reason will have an associated Budget Transfer Reason Description and Validity. Validity can be Active, Blocked or Hidden. Only the Budget Transfer Reasons of which the Validity is set to Active will be available in list of values for Reason field in Budget Transfer assistant.
