Execute Update Project Forecast at Value Summary

Explanation

This activity is used to update calculated estimates to selected Project Forecast. This can be achieved by performing Update Project Forecast command in Value Summary page.

Based on your preference Cost and/or Revenue values can be updated either in Project level, Sup Project level or Activity level.

Selection of Sub Project level or Activity level will be allowed only when Sup Project or Activity information is specified in all item lines of your Schedule of Work Estimate.

Calculated Date of the Schedule of Work Estimate should be within the range of the Cut Off Date of your selected Project Forecast.

Prerequisites

Execute Calculate Value should be performed.

Schedule of Work Estimate should be in ‘Approved’ state.

Project Forecast header should be created without item lines.

System Effects

Project Forecast Item lines will be created based on calculated Cost/Revenue Element values.
