This activity is used to update project resources to project resource planning. This can be achieved using the Update Project Resources command in the Schedule of Work Estimate Resource Summary and Schedule Of Work Production Resource Summary pages.
When Project Resource Quantities are already updated, it is necessary to Review and Confirm the updated resource quantities to continue the process.
Execute Calculate Value should be performed.
Calculated Schedule of work estimate resources and the quantities will be updated in project resources.
Once Project Resources are updated, they can be seen from the Project Resources History Overview and Detail pages.
