Use this function to connect Employees to Billing Categories. The Billing Category is possible to override with the Billing Category for a given employee on specific projects.
As a result of this entry, a Billing Category will be saved on the Project Transaction when reporting time, and this Billing Category could form the basis for the Sales Price (depending on if the Billing Category is used as a Sales Price Criteria).
