Use this function to set an Internal Price on a Report Code and Resource Group combination. The pricing logic for internal pricing is fetched according to the priority order shown in the document About Internal Pricing.
In cases where this value is prioritized (see About Internal Pricing documentation) this price will be set as the internal price in project transactions.
