Enter Lot/Batch Number for Analysis Result
Explanation
This activity is used to associate a lot/batch number with a control plan analysis result.
To enter lot/batch number from Analysis Result,
select the lot/batch no in the Lot/Batch No field.
To enter lot/batch number from Shop Floor Workbench, use one
of below procedures:
- Select the operation, click Control Plan and then Enter
Inspection Results. In the dialog, select the lot/batch no in the
Lot/Batch No field for the relevant analysis.
- Select the operation and click Operation Guide. In the
dialog, click Enter Lot/Batch No for Analysis Result in the
Control Plan Inspection section and select the lot/batch no in the
Lot/Batch No field.
Prerequisites
- An analysis must have been created for a shop order.
- The part must be lot/batch tracked, and
lot/batch
number(s) must have been reserved for the shop order.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, the lot/batch number is associated with the
analysis result.
