This activity is used to call an Expert (Individual) directly from Remote Assistance
contact list.

Expert (Individual) should be configured as an Active Remote Assistance user
in Solution Manager > Remote Assistance > Users.

Expert (Individual) needs to be connected to one or more Remote Assistance Groups
where end user is connected to.

Expert’s Remote Assistance status should be set to Available (by default, the
status is set to Available and only possible to change it from Aurena client).
·
Expert’s contact can be found in the Remote Assistance contact list of the end
user.
·
Possible to initiate a call with the Expert (Individual) directly.
