Explanation

This activity is used to specify who is responsible for an opportunity or activity. The Main Representative option in the Representatives section indicates which of the records has the main responsibility. When the opportunity or activity is created, the current user will automatically be added as the main representative.

Prerequisites

• The business opportunity or business activity must have been entered and saved.
• The representatives must have been entered on the Business Representatives page.
• To add representatives from a group, a representative group must have been entered on the Representative Groups page.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, responsible persons are connected to the business opportunity or business activity.
