Enter Business Mail Representatives

Explanation

This activity is used to specify who is responsible for a business mail. The Main Representative option in the Representatives section indicates which of the records has the main responsibility. When a business mail is created, the current user will automatically be added as the main representative. If there is an e-mail address in the mail message which belongs to a Person who is a representative, that representative will also be added to the business mail.

Prerequisites

• The business mail header must have been entered and saved.
• The representatives must have been entered on the Business Representative page.
• To add representatives from a group, a representative group must have been entered on the Business Representative Groups page.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, responsible persons are connected to the business mail.
