This activity is used to process a business opportunity through the different stages of the sales process. If default processes have been defined in the Default Sales Processes page, a process will be assigned when the opportunity is saved. Make sure that the correct process is used and then confirm the Business Opportunity or the sales process. Select an action. If data entry is required, click Enter Data to update the required fields. If an activity should be created as part of an action, click New Business Activity. Optionally, enter other references. You can create Sales Quotation, Customer Order, Service Quotation or Sales Contract from an action. If approval is needed, right-click and then click Request Approval. A user with the right access must then approve the action. Set the action to done if it has not been updated automatically.
