This activity is used to process a lead through the different stages of the qualification process. Make sure that the correct qualification process is used and then confirm the process. When the process is confirmed or the lead status is changed to In Progress, the Qualification Process tab will appear in the Lead page and you can perform the actions listed in each stage.
Select an action. If data entry is required, click Enter Data to update the required fields. If an activity should be created as part of an action, click Create Business Activity. Optionally, enter other references. If approval is needed, right-click and then click Request Approval. A user with the right access must then approve the action. Set the action to done if it has not been updated automatically.
