Use this activity to define Contract Types that will be used in Contracts. The Contract Type can be used to group contracts. Examples of such contract types includes, WARRANTY and SERVICE.
If you set one of the Contract Types as the default, then this Contract Type will be assigned to all new contracts, by default.
You can set the Order Type to; Service Order (SEO), which is a preset customer order type necessary for running the service management process; or any other customer order types that you define by yourself.

A new Contract Type will be created.
