This activity is used to define competencies for resource lines of Demand type person in Standard Task.
Qualifications are linked to HR competencies that are directly related to employee connected HR Qualifications. This gives the person demand line additional qualifications requirements indirectly. In the Resources tab, select the person demand line want to add competency to, click drop down and in Competency tab add the competency you want.
As a result of this activity, competency will be connected to the selected person demand line and Additional Qualifications option will be enabled.
