Add Contacts

Explanation

Use this activity to add new Contacts to a Request.

You can add a Contact defined as a Customer Contact, as a Communication Method for the Customer, as well as create a new, request specific contact.

Basic communication details for the Contacts such as a Phone Number, Mobile Number and Email can be defined.

You can also specify one of the Contacts as the Default Contact person for communication related to this Request.
