Modify Request Owner

Explanation

Use this activity to modify the Request owner.

When a new Request is created the Owner field is set to the user who created the Request, if that user belongs to a Service User Group related to the Service Organization. If not, the Owner field is left blank.

The Request owner can subsequently be modified to any active user who is part of the Service User Group defined for the Requests Service Organization.

Prerequisites

• A new Request is created manually or via the Recurring Service Program.

System Effects

The Request Owner is modified.
