Create Request SLA Template

Explanation

Use this activity to create a Request SLA Template.

One or more Active Service Level Packages belonging to different companies can be connected to a Request SLA Template.

Once the Request SLA Template is defined, it can be connected to either, a Contract Line, a Service, or a Service Organization.

When a Request for a service is made, the most relevant Request SLA Template for a particular Request Scope is selected according to the descending order of priority as follows; 1) Contract Line; 2) Service; and 3) Service Organization. If the selected Request SLA Template is connected to several Service Package Lines of different companies, then the Service Level Package connected to the company of the Service Organization, will be selected.

Prerequisites

Service Level Packages must be in Active status.

System Effects

A Request SLA Template will be created.
