This activity is used to establish levels and define details on a particular level based on which a risk can be assessed. These levels are used to give an indication of the severity of the risk.
Assessment Levels encompass a Risk Assessment Level ID, a Risk Min which is a threshold for calculating the relevant descriptive level and a Risk Assessment Level which is a description given to the severity (e.g. Trivial, Minor, Moderate, Important, Serious, Critical) .
